    Following GENTLE CLEANSE and while your face is still damp, squeeze a quarter-sized amount of the gel into your palm. Use a small amount of water and work the thick formula for easier application. Sweep onto skin in gentle circular motions. Rinse well with cool or lukewarm water. Use day and night. Use as a mask once or twice a week by leaving the gel on the face for an additional minute. Finish by rinsing thoroughly with cool or lukewarm water
